Their simple values, honest work ethic and quality of workmanship enabled them to grow from a small company to a full contracting business, taking on larger projects and employing skilled trades to ensure that their clients received the best possible experience for their project.

In the spring of 2012, Keith’s health began to decline. A rare illness that he had developed in his late 20’s was beginning to affect his ability to continue working, and he and Sarah made the decision to put the business temporarily aside and focus on his health. Multiple specialist consults later, it was determined that he required a double-lung transplant, and he was put into a rehab hospital as an inpatient in Toronto while he waited.

In late January 2013 Keith received his incredible gift of life at Toronto General Hospital. After a year of rehab, he was ready to come back to work full strength. It was decided at that time to adjust the focus of the business on residential window repairs, and WindowFix.ca was born.

Our commitment will always be to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service and quality for their window repairs.

Keith and Sarah believe in giving back to the community and donate their time to Trillium Gift of Life in the form of presentations that help people understand the importance of organ donation, and how it saves lives.
